The club has been reaching out into the local community and trying to open young people’s eyes to new ways to stay fit and healthy. After choosing to work with Mulberry School for Girls, due to its close proximity and extremely supportive PE department, Reebok has been making visits to the school to offer an alternative form of exercise to the students.
The club are also currently working closely with City Gateway, a charity dedicated to bringing hope to Tower Hamlets by engaging, mentoring and training disengaged and excluded individuals from across the borough.
The club, Thomson Reuters and the London Borough of Tower Hamlets have teamed up to offer a unique opportunity to primary and secondary school students to develop their skills in the Olympic sport of fencing.
In addition the club donates much needed fitness equipment offers work placements and supports and encourages fund raising initiatives.
